We have openings for the following research projects:

• Graphene nanopores
• Origami nanopores
• Biomimetic nuclear pore complexes
• Magnetic tweezer studies of DNA supercoil dynamics
• Optical-tweezer force spectroscopy on protein complexes taken from live cells
• Reconstitution of DNA and cell-division proteins in artificial cells

We are looking for outstanding experimentalists that are eager to participate in our research. Experience in fields such as biophysics, single-molecule techniques, optical imaging, nanosciences, and molecular/cellular biology is welcomed. The group aims at research at the highest international level. Candidates that fit into this environment are invited to apply. The postdoctoral positions are for 2-3 years.
