Welcome to the Cees Dekker Lab

Welcome to the Cees Dekker Lab, a biophysics group at the Department of Bionanoscience at the Kavli Institute of Nanoscience at Delft University of Technology. Our research focuses on many aspects of the biophysics of DNA: single-DNA detection with solid-state nanopores, single-molecule studies of chromatin structure and repair, and studying the organization of chromatin in bacteria that are confined in nanofabricated channels.
